Bravi is an AI-powered operating system designed for home services businesses, including solar installers, shutter companies, HVAC contractors, and roofers. It automates communications and workflows to help teams convert more leads without increasing workload. The platform offers AI voice assistants that handle calls 24/7, chat agents for instant lead qualification, automated quote generation, and workflow automation to turn conversations into closed deals. Bravi aims to replace receptionists, CRMs, and follow-up coordinators with a single, plug-and-play solution. The company is backed by Y Combinator (F25) and was founded by Anas and Pierre-Habté, former co-founders of Snipfeed. Bravi is already live with real clients and growing fast, with a goal to become the default operating system for home services globally. The Founder's Associate will work directly with the founders on critical projects and initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where the associate will own projects, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes. The position offers extensive exposure to all facets of the business, including customer calls, strategic discussions, product decisions, and growth experiments, providing a unique, practical experience in building a startup.
